Personality: Nelerad is a happy outgoing person, always seen with a smile wherever he goes. He believes that smiling is the greatest form of intimidation, and also believes that it's a good parting gift for his foes to see him smiling at their death. Besides being the happy person he is, Nelerad is a quick thinking person, capable of executing creative strategies during any difficult situation. In the end, despite being the outgoing person he is, he always ensures that the emperor is always above any form of fun for him.

History: Nelerad Kuangdi is one of the three elite warriors, known as the Hydra, that are known to bow only to the Scaradian Emperor. Nelerad is also one of Ryu Shinra's childhood friends and is also a gifted warrior being able to gain the respect of Ryu Shinra even when they were growing up. Nelerad has taken part in many missions and a few battles himself, always emerging victorious, yet did not take part in major battles due to him believing it is his sole duty to protect Ryu. When Ryu ascended to the throne, Nelerad was offered to be one of the few chosen to stand beside the emperor as one of his elite royal guards yet refused and said that he would rise the ranks to prove his worth instead. And since then, he has done nothing than to rise to the top in order to stand alongside his long time friend whom he has been trying to catch up to since they were children.
